Here’s the reply I received. Seems like a mixed bag...
Your DME is currently not locked for direct flashing and you can install a bm3 tune.
However, according to your software IDs, there is a high probability your DME will get locked with a new software update, next time you take your vehicle to a BMW dealership.
The only solution in that case with be to remove the DME and bench-unlock it by a professional.
