That said, Houston, Boston and any other teams who blatantly violate rules should definitely be penalized and embarrassed. Players should suffer some consequences and their union should endorse doing so if they are representing all players, including those who were not cheating.
Agreed on all accounts.

I hope the other teams doing it also get investigated/punished but I doubt it'll happen. It'll make MLB look too bad and they have a history of skirting major issues by punishing a few and then looking the other way.
