Mine hasn’t updated since 2/12/20 and therefore doesn’t show accurate info such as whether or not the doors are locked, etc.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve tried logging out of the app then back in several hours later with no success.

I guess a call or visit to the BMW Genius is next but wanted to ask the Forum contingent first.
