Just found out the little dog I was watching over Christmas was put down earlier this week. 
I tried finding the owner and as much as I wanted to keep her, the timing wasn't right. So when I had to leave town i dropped her off at the dog warden hoping someone would claim her. I called to check on her every day. They said she tried to bite the workers, but she was always such a sweetheart toward me i think she must have been scared being around the other dogs. I wish they would have called me because i would have went and got her, but they won't release dogs they deem aggressive.
