I don't believe anyone in the USA has it as it's not been released here yet (I think I read July?). some of us have seen our EU brethren use and comment on it as well as seen videos and other press releases.
or maybe they're using a jailbroken, international, or non-region specific phone? (If that's even possible with a U.S.-registered vehicle)
