From your photos, the G01 has the upgraded 552 Adaptive full LED headlamps with Iconic DRLs.
The standard 5A4 LED headlights with cornering and round DRLs on the G01/2 xDrive30i are "packaged" similarly to the standard 552 Adaptive full LED headlamps with half DRLs on G05s, where both have dummy interior projector units, outer units are both LED low/high beams, non-Iconic DRLs, and bulb/LED bulb turn signals.

X3/4 xDrive30i optioned with Executive Package gets upgraded to the 552 Adaptive full LED headlamps with Iconic DRLs and LED eyebrow turn signals (standard on X3/4 M40i) - NOT to be confused with the standard 552 units on the G05!
The G01/G02 552 units are similar in design with the G05/6 5AZ Icon Adaptive LED headlights with Laserlight - minus the laserlights.

With the X3/4 and X5/6, BMW's packaging scheme is that if you want full featured headlamps - where both inner and out LED units are functional, eyebrow LED turn signals and Iconic DRLs - you gotta pony up.
You can also see the same packaging approach on new G20 3 Series, there are 3 headlight designs for the 330i/x:
1. Standard LED
2. With Convenience Package $$ - 5A4 LED with cornering
3. With Executive Package $$$ - 5AZ Icon Adaptive LED Headlights with Laserlight
