I've had both models on my M4 (never mixed front and rear however). What I can say is that these tires like some temperature in them before they really start biting. It takes quite a spirited drive to get them up to temp (in an M4)so with that being said, they might not be the most optimal choice. Their main target group is high performance cars after all. So unless you get them quite warm you won't feel much of a difference to any other high end tire.
