In my opinion the air suspension is the best since it provides the comfort yet can be sporty when needed. Others will say to never use anything but the adaptive M suspension because they want the handling to be as close to a sport sedan as possible and comfort is not a priority. Overall I think you will find that those will air suspension are very satisfied with the experience it provides.
