They had 19x9 but they are out of stock. Almost all 19x9 are. Tire rack told me BMW recommends 19x9 since they want to keep it universal for 19 with and without Msport brakes but since I don't have those, 19x8 works perfect.
Do you have a viewpoint on that ? If 19x9 is absolutely necessary then I will have to choose a color I don't like but if required, I can do it if it means safety.
Please let me know.

One issue I potentially see going to 19x8 is that you may not clear the standard brakes since you're reducing the width of the wheel - ET45 + 8" is cutting it close. See attached - ET45 / 9" left and ET45 / 8" right, link:

I'm hesitant with ET45 but depending on the wheel design they may clear. Since Tire Rack is providing a recommendation then you should be good.
