I purchased mine at Momentum as well, but they are terrible and I will never be doing business with them again. I'm dropping off at BMW West per your recommendation tomorrow.
I've been in contact with BMW NA and they have my issue documented and are ready to work the dealer.
I'm curious to see how this goes as well.
