For info, I have rejected their initial response and here is the body of my rebbutal:
I just submitted my complaint to the BBB. I'm not expecting any satisfaction though. I think it will take a Class Action Lawsuit to get them to do something about their false claims and advertising.
You might find the 'false claims' are covered by disclaimers in product material
