That was my issue last week. If you call att they probably can help now. Before they couldn't do anything. BMW released our access numbers for 2019 vehicles only a few days ago to att. That was what changed for me. My vehicle's number changed anyway after registration.
How do you find out what your cars hotspot number is?
It's on the ConnectedDrive website under the vehicle. There's a link on the right that says something like my vehicle phone number. You can use this to sign up via your computer.
