That number is wrong and if you register via in your car, it doesn't require the cars phone number. You must register in your car through it's wifi hotspot to ATT. It transfers your correct data directly from the car to Att. It's the only way I believe 2019 models have successfully registered.
I registered using that number on the website outside the car... they told me it will work either way. The number under the website was completely different than it was before they fixed it. It didn't work before, but did now with the new number.
