Don't forget the BMW rebates and any local/state incentives. For example, I got $3500 from BMW (Financing + Loyalty/Conquest) + $500 for PenFed for a total of $4000 right there at the dealer. Could be $1500 in my state if you buy at a "participating dealer". BMWCCA has $1000. Local utilities also tend to have something for buying an EV.
