I just dont see them working out like they think they will.

Lets use the Uvalde shooter as an example. Kid obviously was troubled and showed a history of violence/mental issues. however, through his parents, grandparents and teachers, was given passes for it with excuses of "he was bullied" or "his home life wasnt great" etc, etc. If theres one thing we have shown as a society, its a willingness to ignore all the red flags of kids/young adults until its too late. I cant remember the last time we had a school or public place mass shooters where everyone was like "i could have never seen this coming. they were always the model citizen"
