Yes. I don't remember where I read about that minimum limit for activation, but have not forgot about it maybe because I didn't got why would that be.
I'm not sure that the tires move when the vehicle is still, because the body only tilt, so even is itshould be working from 0km/hr, that doesn't look so, I also I recall to apply backward assistance once to check how it works and notice a little offset with the border of the garage door, must probably because of that activation limit, and the car just got through by a hair.
