12mm front goes with 40mm bolt and 17mm rear goes with 45mm. This way both are within 1mm tolerance (stock bolt is 27mm long).

Will upload some pics tomorrow, but if I were to choose again I will go with 10mm front, since the front tires stick out more than the rear now.
