can't use 17 as the multiplier because that doesn't account for any charging losses. White340 needs to multiply his rate by the actual kWh pumped back in. when charging a fully empty (U.S.) battery, mine pumps back in ~21kWh, therefore it costs me ~$2.59 to 'fill up' ($0.12 * 21)
