That same deal (8% under MSRP) at current MF/RV (0.00086/54% on 36/10) should be around $1,450/mo if you paid tax + all fees up front. If you go 7MSDs it would bring it down to $1,395/mo.
You could always capitalize the tax and lock up $10k for 3 years in the 7MSDs and it would be about the same payment ($1470/mo), that is if you didn't want to reduce the cap cost through cash contributions. |
