I'm not sure if you qualify for a Lemon Law remedy, as that varies from state to state. But I would not trade my car - I'd ask BMW to buy it back. Every penny you put into it (e.g. ClearBra, ceramic coating, etc.). You've had a horrible experience, and if you have an established relationship with your dealer I'd say this is the time to exercise it.
