Car was at a body shop to repair damage from a basketball hoop that fell on it that i posted about. the hood was replaced. not sure that would have anything to do with it but who knows.

Weird, maybe they disconnected the battery when they did their work. The only thing I can think of is to first reboot iDrive and see if that brings them back to life.
