Akra slip-on fitted last week ... WITH OPF retained.
Verdict: very happy with it. i love the looks, especially the titanium tips and the gloss diffuser just blends the pipes into the gloss black bumper / diffuser. the sound is a classy, meaty roar on ignition, then settles down to a nice hum, just enough for my taste. the OPF is in place, so it's not hugely more noisy in decibel terms, but it;s a nicer sound.
