I mean seriously, who at BMWNA makes these decisions? I thought I saw it all when BMWNA didn't equip the 2018MY X3 M40i with the M Sport Steering Wheel, but all other markets received it (and no, it's not about the DOT, airbags, blah, blah, blah...it's the same freakin wheel in the 5er)
