It should work if your M Sport bumper sensor and tow hook arrangement is the same or further apart.
You can also slide the bracket more to the left.

The bracket itself works great, took me a while to figure it out how to install it properly tho (in the center between the two dots). here is the issue, sensor works while the bracket is in place but as soon as I put the license plate on, sensor start to acting up. keep showing obstacle on the sensor view (exactly where the bracket is). I bend the edge of the plate so is smaller than the bracket itself but still not working. Mine is the X5 M sport. anyone experience the same thing ? I really dont want to drill the car......
