I don’t think it’s a design issue as the 2019 models AC work great. This is a manufacturing defect for sure but any V8TT 2020 models will have a TSB (inspect/replace) once they get a handle on this. We 2019 owners put up with a lot of firmware updates and a host of manufacturing/ordering inconsistencies. The misery is shared and not isolated to a 1st year production run as many was hoping to avoid. I am just glad the engine, transmission, and running gear has been rock solid. We were all beta testers for setting up the digital key network, WiFi, etc.. All these promised features were not on line for a long time after purchase.
