If you have to send letters and such to get the car labeled as a lemon, my personal deciphering of the legal talk to real talk - if you want to get your car labeled as a lemon for the ac repair taking a long time you can, or if you'd rather not have your car called a lemon, just wait for the parts to come in and for the ac to get fixed. I don't think the dealer is going to do paperwork to get the car labeled as a lemon unless the owner goes down that path.
