I have solved the issue for me by programming all “sport individual “ settings to comfort so much essentially I’m driving in comfort mode without the having auto stop/start “feature”

I use this in stop and go traffic but for occasional stops I find the mild hybrid way less annoying than other cars I have driven with auto stop/start
