The dealer and Nissan were unable to fix the car and were blowing me off until I initiated a complaint through the Autoline program. not yet, I'm going the legal road due to how BMW NA acted in the past with me. while it's not idea I don't mind taking the fight to them, at this point it's the best option given what's gone wrong. I still love my X5 even with it's many many issues
