I thought about it a lot and figured I'd get the most use in the summer with the A/C since it doesn't take that long to cool the car down a decent amount. In the winter, I think the car would need to be idling for a while to pump out heat. Plus, my car is in a heated garage for the winter. I've been a driver for 20 years in temperate climates and I've lived without remote start for this long so I figured I could go another 3 years. |
Same, we don't have remote start on both our cars in Chicago and we've been able to live without it just fine.
The gas I save on remote start definitely get placed back in the environment with my foot, so it's a wash for the world lol
