Awesome pics. The light distance difference can make a life and death difference when driving country roads and trying to avoid wild animals like bears, moose, and deer. (Yes, I've come across all 3 when we visit family in Alberta, AZ, and TX)

I've got RES on our G30 and laser lighting on our G05, I'd get Laser over the RES every time. iPads can easily supplant the RES while the laser is a safety issue. I guess if you're a complete city slicker and never drive outside city limits I would consider skipping the laser upgrade.
