X5 45e has the $7,500 tax credit.

AWD comes standard on it, $2,300 option
PHEV options costs $3,700
Combined that is $6,000

So with the $7,500 tax credit, it is actually cheaper to buy the x45e version.

And now that it has a 6 cylinder engine also, the HP is higher on the x45e version. Reviews all indicate that BMW got it right on the 45e.
