dealers have no interest in telling you because:
1. they have to chip into the cost of the PCD
2. they have no incentive letting you build a car vs buying off their lot. they care a lot more about moving their lot cars than the PCD.
3. if you do a PCD, you don't 'need' a dealer for any significant reason.
