I'm wondering about the Active Cruise Control contributing to warped rotors. I live in an area with some decent hills, some are actually called mountains, LOL. They vary from about 700 to up to 1500 ft in elevation. When using the ACC the vehicle is slowed down when going downhill. Are the brakes being used or is it the tranny as I don't notice an downshifting going on? Could this possibly lead to warped rotors?
