Comment: I guess that means Japanese cars are coded like European cars. I can retract mine either by holding down the remote’s logo or leaving my finger on the locking sensor.

Q1: Can that coding be done using an OBD tool? Specifically the Foxwell NT530 I have on the way?

Q2: My friend here in Japan just bought a BMW for his wife. Not sure of the model, just that it’s a 4-door. Think it’s a M series. At any rate, his mirrors (apparently) retract on standard locking. Can this also be coded using OBD?
