I actually posted this in another thread, but same situation here...although my dealer has one that I am in the process of securing, only to find out TODAY that they have locked it from being modified even though it is still in 112 status...they have been on the phone with BMW today trying to sort out what is going on.

Certain options lock the build. Your dealer should know this, but most are incompetent, so, your mileage may vary!
