The shows are total BS. My brother picked up a gig in Palm Springs posing as some chicks husband on one of those house shopping shows on HGTV. He just wandered around going "hmmm, yeah, this is really nice...." while a fake agent walked them though a couple houses. He hooked up with his TV "wife" after the shoot. |
I caught up with my bro last night and we rewatched the video. We were dying laughing. He's standing there in these filthy ass salmon colors shorts and a jacked up denim shit that he had been wearing for about 5 days straight. His show wife (who was a Tinder date in reality) was super dressed up. Such a mismatch. There's my brother looking like a total bum, commenting on the granite counter tops in a tone of voice that only those who know him could tell was him just Fing around and taking the whole thing as a joke.
Full story is we were on a family vacation in Palm Springs. He met some chick on Tinder and they met for a date. She asked if he wanted to fill in on a show and make $100. He figured he was either going to get jumped or wind up on a porn shoot set. Either way he was down. Turned out to be "Desert House Hunters".
