The biggest visual difference for me is the body colored panels on the bottom of the car (bumpers and side skirts). I hate that with the x line they are black. On a black car, no biggie, but any other color car I think it looks cheap. I just saw a Nissan Versa with body colored trim for goodness sake. Plus, there are almost NO aftermarket mods that are geared toward the x line. Very depressing
