Matte black out x6

I am looking for pictures/ideas for my X6. I want to do the whole thing Matte black (PPF matte wrap since my car is already black) I’m going to go with powder coating my wheels to gloss black wheels and tinted windows. I found a couple pictures online but no gloss wheels and no tinted windows.
I’m also going to tint my tail lights as well

Hi! I am about to pick up my X5 40i (Black Sapphire Metallic) this week and already scheduled to put on Matte PPF (Avery Dennison) right after I pick up the car. I have 740 wheels which I am still considering if I want to powder coat it black or not. Will share some photos once PPF is finished (I guess sometime early next week?)

Did you end up changing it?

Considering wrapping it into Matte black too and was super curious how it all ended up

Bad picture that my dealer friend at bmw sent me. It’s there for a sunroof replacement, I ripped it from driving too fast into my garage when the door was rising. I just switched phone so I don’t have older pics to share. My f95 was sapphire black before stealth ppf. Tinted windows and headlights. Hope it helps a bit

While I think matte black paint will look awesome, I would be in favor of keeping the wheels stock. A bit of silvery contrast will add some visual appeal to the car

Anyway, I just can’t see black wheels

Agreed. If the car is matte black, gloss black/carbon wheels and splitters/spoilers go very well as a contrast in finish to the body

IMO ‘blacked out’ is played out, specifically the wheels. go for the stealth ppf but allow the wheels to contrast. personally, I like satin bronze
