Rain X on the Cameras?
This may be a known thing, but I just found out that the same water repellent properties that Rain X liquid has on your windshield can be enjoyed if you apply to all your cameras. Specially the rear one that attracts water droplets and gives you a blurred view when backing up after driving in the rain or while is raining. It's kinda of, duh, I know, but...there it is...
BTW,not sure if Rain X is available overseas, but there's probably something similar.

Thanks for the tip - I'd never considered this before! I'll apply it over the cameras next time I apply RainX. As you've said, the rear view is especially bad in the rain!

The only caveat, as you can imagine is wet road, with some dirt (as in driving by constrtuction site), then nothing helps. It's raining here in Northern Virginia -- so have plenty of test grounds...
