EMD springs vs. ZCP spring rate?

Does anyone have EMD springs on a Competition pack (ZCP) car? How does it feel?

I heard the EMD springs are softer than ZCP springs, but stiffer than base/non comp springs.

I’d like to retain EDC so coilovers are not an option for now.

Here are the spring rates. Seems the EMD and Comp are pretty close. And the rates support that they would be noticeably firmer if switching from the Base springs.

Base Pkg
Front - 177 lbs/in
Rear – 591 lbs/in

Comp. Pkg
Front – 198 lbs/in
Rear – 685 lbs/in

EMD
Front - 194 lbs/in
Rear - 645 lbs/in

Except for professional racers, it’ll be impossible for the typical driver to feel the difference between a F 4 lbf/in and R 40 lbf/in deltas in spring rates. No noticeable difference in balance/handling. Also, the F spring rate is actually higher because BMW uses the bump stops to control travel so the actual spring rate is higher, particularly on lowered cars because you’re riding on the bump stops more frequently.

This is what I was worried about. I have Eibach pro springs on my E90 M3, feels stiffer for sure but it feels like it crashes over bumps instead of dampen it.
