The market has taken a nose dive the past 60-90 days , so the question becomes what is unique about this car for the asking price:
1. E90 - Not as many out there vs. E92, and more folks want them vs. current supply
2. 6MT - Very sought after, big differentiator
3. Space Gray/Fox red combination: Very strong combination an relatively rare

About six months ago this car would have gone over 30k very easily, but we are in a different market today.

I am guessing they will drop it to high 20's and it will be GONE

And no idrive is a plus. If it was slicktop it would be an extremely good spec.

However, it is a used car dealer, so I would definitely be weary. Not exactly the most trustworthy and you're likely to have zero history on the car.

And its in Florida - I would never buy a car from a used car dealer in Florida

You think that's bad, there is an 08 E92 with 108k miles and a SALVAGE TITLE recently asking for 38k

I'll just keep my mouth shut and move on, don't want to get flamed.

I am in the market for one with specific colors and options. About to give up and wait until end of q1. Recession pricing in effect.

Same here brother, I'm in the same boat. I was in the market for a Mineral White E92 Competition 6MT under 50k miles but I'm going to wait it out and hopefully pricing goes down to more realistic levels.

Carvana, Vroom, and CarMax offered me between 56-59k for my RS3 in January this year and now the offers are between 43-45k. Prices are dropping like crazy...

Similar specs to mine. I also want Cf roof, RB and TA done and no cream, tan or grey interiors.

Few cars under 50k miles are going to preemptively replace TAs. This specific request has gotten hilarious and out of hand. Just replace them when they go…

RBs, are a fair requirement. But honestly I’d just buy the car that meets the specs and have the bearings done immediately upon ownership.
