Hello, does anyone have the general status track of an online order? I have a SA telling me that he helped me to place the order already but hasn't sent me any info of the car for days. Does that mean he is waiting for the allocation?

When your order is submitted, and it's accepted by BMW a production number is generated. You should get the production number from your SA. If you get a production number you can add it to your garage online (Mybmw). Then you can track it that way and use the F12 process to learn your production date. Also, you can call the BMW genius for a production date.

If you do not have an allocation, then you're in a holding pattern in your dealerships order bank. Depending on what you're ordering and the demand you could be there a long time or a short time.

Ask your SA for a production number for your order or see if you are in their order bank waiting for an allocation.
