I would guess mid May, but only a guess. Once I opened, I think demand will be great, as people like me whose lease will be up early June will need cars and supply could be short. We shall see, as everything is unknown at this point.

I predict that BMW FS will give current expiring leases a 1 year extension if they are waiting for a production slot due to the factory shutting down. It's going to take a while for the supplier network to resume operations, as it's a world wide integrated supply chain.

So I got email and phone call from my local BMW, production closed till 19.04.20 nobody can tell when the car will be delivered but it’s already clear that it will be significantly delayed. I will wait till end of April and will try to get an offer for stock M8 if my order will be ready only by the and of the year.
