Hi All - Just wanted to chime in on my lease deal. Picked her up last week, love it!

2020 X5 sDrive 40i - Courtesy vehicle, has ~1200 miles, 10k/36mo, base MF

Equipment: Convenience, Park Assist, 20" Wheel upgrade, Remote Start
MSRP $63,095
Sale Price $55,955
Rebates $3,000
Payment credits promo* $688
Drive off $1000

Monthly payment w/ tax is about $670.

(*1st month is rebate, 2nd month is account credit)

I still have my 540 until the end of it's lease, and I feel like I've cheated on her, but I love the new tech. I'm also a total sucker for shiny things and lights, so the fact that the X5's ambient lighting has even more lights drew me in like a bug zapper. Planning on doing the crystal interior accents BECAUSE SHINY!

What are you guys seeing as to MSRP discount on 2020 models now with Corona going on?
Mine was around 12% off before rebates, but I opted for a courtesy vehicle with about 1200 miles on it.

I'm in Florida looking for a X5 and finding it difficult to get a good discount. So far most below 6%. Had 1 at 9%, nothing higher

Contact my client advisor in GA. He'll get you a better deal. PM me and I'll send you his info.
Lol . I'll save everyone the trouble. 10 percent off minus incentives and 800 doc fee.

The store will mark up the money factor.

(Spoiler alert . It's the same person).

Oh yeah I reached out to him and got quoted 8% off before incentives with 2K shipping fee to Cali and unknown MF. Now I contacted a friend of mine and sitting at 10% off before incentives and 0.00118mf. Only issue is that he has no allocation for 2020 special orders right now so might have to wait till the 21.

Wow that's a ridiculous shipping fee. I've shipped cars to other continents for less. Especially since gas and diesel are at an all time low.

You guys think this deal is possible.. i played wh leasehckr website and cant get the #s to match up, granted I'm no expert

What the wife wants is a base X5 s40
we only want the Msport package
nothing else
coffee brown interior but $0 add for that

MSRP as built 66,900

Is it possible to get the payment into the 700's?

we'd do $0 down but give max MDS's which i believe should be 5?

apply lease incentive
apply loyalty credit (our current M is leased through bmwfs)

CA tax and etc

You haven't provided enough info to get an exact prediction but without taxes and fees you should be in the high 600's given a 36/10 and a 10% discount so you will be close once all of that is put in.

Sorry not sure what extra info to add, i was using the June 2020 assumptions (mf and residual and credits available)

What else am i missing?

I think another hurdle may be finding this EXACT car. I have not been successful thus far in SoCal.. We would like to build one, but doubt any dealers here will give a 10% discount on a build...

Dealers fees, lease mileage, tax rate, etc. Prior to COVID-19, a 10% discount for builds was the norm in many areas. That number seems to have come down bit but some still are getting it. Good luck on your quest.

I put in my order yesterday for a 2020 X5 xDrive 40i. Dealer opened with 12.5% discount off MSRP.

I didn't bother to negotiate further, as I thought the offer was fair.
