I don't think it is deployed on a per-country base but just with batches of VIN's no matter where they are located.

AT least in the USA, BMW does not include a general list of features/bugs that are added/fixed in their software updates. If someone comes in for service and complains about an issue, they can put that into the computer and it can suggest if a s/w update will help. Otherwise, unless BMW finds a safety issue, at least previously, they wouldn't update the vehicle under warranty. That whole thing may now vary with OTA updates, as those don't take up shop time for things, and their cost is marginal for what (hopefully) the good will brings in (at least once they get it down to a science, that seems to be lacking!).

UK based, also got mine today, went from
7/2020.32 to 7/2020.54 Not really noticed what the improvements were or if there would be any as its only a minor update considering what the car came with.
