Yup, I received mine too. Fine print does say dealer stock and expires on Jan 4th 2021 which is sooner than I would have liked, means I need to get moving if I am to use it.

Just fyi BMW did not honor the OL code for my delivery today. Dealership still honored their $500 contribution but I missed out on BMW's $500. I suspect it was because my car was a custom order and the fine print states the OL code is strictly for in-stock units. I did place my order before the OL-code event...

Thanks for the update. I'll be watching this as I am in the same boat. I've used OL codes on 2 pervious custom order leases with the same dealer and CA, so hoping not an issue. Would be an unpleasant surprise.

Anyone know a dealer in SoCal that would give a 9-11% off an X5M?

Looking to pick up a 2021 X5M Competition in Marina Bay Blue.

So far have only received 2% off from one dealer and $15k over MSRP from another.

Appreciate the help, thanks.

Looks like the November lease figures are the same as October with, potentially, worse incentives (at least in my region). So much for Holiday/End of Year discounts this year. Ugh.

Updated with November program rates, including 2021 model years.

No more lease to lease credit. But unlike most years where November and December carry the same incentives, the web site shows the current plans end November 30, so there is still hope that there will be some nice December incentives coming. That's when I'm expecting to take delivery.

A certain popular poster from a dealer in the know in one of the "other" forums was mentioning December incentives a lot, so he might have gotten whiff of some EOY stuff to make this year a little less horrible sales wise.

I am paying $860 for 70500 msrp 10k/36mo with exactly $1500 due at signing. Nothing else.

It sounds similar to your deal but paying that much upfront is not advised.

BMW Money Offers

Hello everyone! First post! Love the site!! I'd like to know what companies, organizations and events offer money towards the purchase/lease of a new BMW. I know that BMW CCA offers a rebate ranging from $250-$1500 depending on the model car. And I also know that if you participate in a BMW North America sponsored event, you get a code for $1000. I'm in the market for 2 new BMW (X5 and M5) and I'm trying to get all the free money available. If a bank offers money for opening a checking account, count me in! Thanks!

You'll need to purchase a 3-year or longer CCA membership and after 6 months you will be eligible for the BMW CCA Membership Reward Rebate.

"Individuals who purchase a three-year or longer membership after December 31, 2019, will be required to wait six months before taking delivery of a new BMW and applying for the rebate."

Great thread, learning a lot. Planning on purchasing an X5, most likely the PHEV before end of year. Since I can not get a custom build delivered by that time, I am going to try my luck with the local inventory. It looks like there are not too many deals in Nov, but hopefully deals arrive in December. Is it worth to wait? I live in Orange County, California.

Also, I have noticed some impressive negotiations off MSRP. MOst of them from custom builds. Is it easier to negotiate that low on custom builds versus on the lot inventory, or same overall?

Great forum. Cheers!

the current inventory of X5 45e is making price negotiation very difficult. as the year end, many people will rush to get the EV credit and other potential tax saving from large suv purchase and your negotition margin will reduce. December deals are good but you need to start your ordering in november before the dealer get the upper hand on you.

It is NOT too late to order for december delivery, if you place your order this week you should be able to get december delivery.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and my order started production already.

It will be tight but last week of december is possible.

place an order and see how it goes, worst case you will be back in the 'inventory' market

Thanks for the info. Once production starts, how long does it take until delivery? I am in southern California so farther distance for shipping.

It could be weeks or months, it all depends on whether the dealer has an allocation and when it is scheduled. If you are placing a custom order you will want to ask the dealer if they have an allocation and you should receive a production number once the order is placed.
