The beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder. While not being a fan of vehicles which appear as if they had spent several months parked in a coal mine, this one looks great. Congrats!

Changing the color of those shrouds inside would consist of splitting the headlight open. Normally done by putting them in the oven to heat up the adhesives and separate it open. Other methods are using a dremel to cut the housing open. Sealing it back can lead to moisture issues. I personally wouldn't even think about butchering my oem headlights especially those matrix headlights prob worth around $2k each brand new each. You would have to really trust whoever does it.
