2023 X5e Lease

Hey all!

Here is my situation

I recently leased 1 2023 X5e which I took delivery off about 1.5 weeks ago. Additionally there is a second 2023 X5e that I will also be leasing but have not taken delivery of yet because I had to order it. (The car arrived at the dealership this past Saturday but I have not gone in to sign for it or take delivery of it).

After driving the first X5e around a bit I realized that ACC does not come standard unless you added the Pro Assist Pack. I should have payed closer attention but I digress. I do notice that my BMW dealership has another X5e with almost identical specs as the one I ordered and with the already added Pro Assist Pack. My question becomes. Since I have not taken delivery of or signed for the one that I ordered can I just tell them that I want the other X5e sitting at their lot and pay the difference in price? Seems like It should be easy enough but wondering if anyone else has dealt with this in the past. I have not spoken to the dealership yet but just wanted to mentally prepare for how that conversation might go with them.

Welcome to the forum. We will not be able to answer that question, ask the dealer.

As an aside, there is no such thing as an X5e, it is an X5 45e.

they typically don't care unless you ordered a base spec or highly optioned spec

chances are though that the one you see on their website was a custom order as well waiting to get picked up
