You got any pics of it on yours?

On my X6 its very bright. Bright enough to light up the floor in front of it.

I agree that it's quite subtle on my 50e. I actually think it's a bit classier than the illuminated Mercedes logo on those vehicles so equipped. So I certainly don't mind it.

But in reality, if it ended up breaking today or I accidentally turned off the setting to use the illuminated grill, I might not notice for a very long time (or ever). So if I were to re-spec the vehicle, and it was an a-la-carte item, I would only do it if it was very attractively priced (just you know, because of FOMO).
