Help to choose between the two.

Hi,

I've been looking for a used X5 for a while, can anyone provide some insights which one is the better deal?

Listing A:
2023 X5 sdrive 40i loaner car, mileage 4500. Original sticker price $68500. I was able to negotiate it down to $60000 (12%off). The plus side is the one is currently sold as new since it was never titled. I will be able to apply $1500 corporate discount on top of the $60000. The only problem I have is it’s been a loaner and not sure if that’s a concern.

Listing B:
2021 X5 sdrive, one owner, mileage:15000 original sticker price $71300. I was able to negotiate it down to $50000.

Any insights would be appreciated!!

Probably need find out what are big improvements in 2023 model over 2021. And if they are important to you.

I personally would go with Listing A.

For 8,500 a 2 year newer model with 10k less miles, current LCI with more powerful engine and better fuel consumption should be a no brainer.

I would be on A.

Honestly I would pass on the loaner.. I know it’s going to be a 1 owner title but the title will be as a loaner vehicle… that depreciates the value of the car…

Which one has more or better options? Seems like the factory warranty should take care of any issues you might encounter with the loaner. I would also make sure they include any necessary repairs in writing before you sign.

Loaners scare me. Just my experience.
